Picfynd terms and conditions
These terms govern Picfynd accounts, photo uploads, automated grouping, private gallery sharing, downloads, subscriptions and retention.
Your photographs
Users retain ownership of uploaded photographs and grant Picfynd only the permission needed to host, process, organise and deliver them through requested platform features.
Permissions and consent
Users must have the rights and lawful basis required to upload, process and share each photograph and must review automated grouping before external delivery.
Sharing and account security
Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and for sharing gallery links only with authorised recipients.
Service limits and backups
Availability, retention and download limits can depend on the selected plan. Picfynd is not a sole archival system, so users must retain independent copies of important files.
